Check in begins at 8:00 am in front of Auburn Memorial Stadium, 800 4th Street NE, Auburn, WA.
Our transportation crew will park your buses and equipment trucks.
No personal vehicles will be allowed to park on 4th Street.
Please inform our transportation crew of your plans for the day.
Hand Stamp: Only band members on the bus will be stamped.
Staff & Chaperons passes (1 per 10 students) will be in your director's packet.
Everyone will be issued a wrist band upon entering through the Main Gate.
Band members will receive a "black" wrist band. Parents and Staff will receive a red/white/blue wrist band. Directors will receive name tags in their packets.
Parade numbers in your director's packet.
Parade numbers go in the upper right hand corner of your banner as you face the street.
Parade Line up: Parade line up begins at 10 am at the corner of 4th Street NE & "K" Street NE.
AHS Band Parents will assist your band with parade line up. Parade Bands line up by divisions and performance order.
Note: postmarked date on your entry form determines your performance order in your division.
Seafair Officials will coordinate "step off" onto the parade route. Parade begins at 11 am on Auburn's Main Street. The parade is one mile long with NO turns.
Parade Judges: On your right at the intersection of "B" Street NW & Main Street. Do not stop for judges.
VIP Review Stands: Honored guests will be seated in front of City Hall.
Parade Pictures: Inside Auburn High School main gym after the parade provided by Bateman Photo.
Parade scores: Available after the awards ceremony on the field.
